This week, several of the Wessex 4×4 Response team, along with other organisations were invited to a recognition and engagement event organised by Avon and Somerset Police for volunteers who were involved with the flooding incident response in East Somerset, back in May this year.
With organisations represented that were both involved with the rescue and welfare side of the incident, it was great to be invited along.
