We were thrilled to be a part of this year’s Dorset County Show! And guess what? We weren’t just a handful; we had a strong team of up to 19 volunteers pitching in during the busiest times. We all wore multiple hats that day—literally! From coordinating the hustle and bustle in the main ring to navigating ambulances through the crowd, we had it all covered.
But it wasn’t just about the work; it was an excellent training ground for us too. We put our command and control systems to the test and sharpened our team coordination and radio communication skills. It’s safe to say that the event was both fulfilling and a fantastic learning experience for everyone involved. We can’t wait to be back next year!
