| In Avon* | We are a member of the Avon Areas Voluntary Agencies group. and can be called via the appropriate county Civil Contingencies Unit. |
| In Dorset | We have an SLA with Dorset Police and can be called via the Police Force Control room. |
| In Somerset | We are members of SEVAG and have a formal agreement with Somerset CCU who can be contacted via their Duty Officer. |
| In Wiltshire | We are members of VASEC and can be called via
Swindon
or
Wiltshire
CCU/EPO. We have a Memorandum of Understanding with Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service |
